We focus on but our practice is not limited to compensation, warranty, and damages, as well as collateral agreements. We act in matters of contentious and non-contentious nature.

Competence and decade-long experience – as well as constant education of our lawyers leading to the title of Fachanwalt – is also present in all areas of law relating to landlord associations including the law relating to their management. We advise management companies with multiple thousands of administrated units and their shareholders. Our practice group also advises clients on all aspects of the law relating to real estate agents, again through long-standing experience and one of our partner’s position as an author of the treatise “AnwaltFormulare” (Ed.: Heidel/Pauly/Amend).

Another focus of our practice is the law governing tenancies, specifically relating to tenancies of commercial spaces, and claims for payment of rent and eviction. With regards to personal tenancies, our clients have included large renting societies for decades.
